My Time CIC is running a series of roadshow events on 'men and depression'  in Birmingham and Telford during Men's Health week, Monday 11 - Sunday 17 June, 2012.

Based in Small Heath in Birmingham , My Time delivers evidenced based, culturally sensitive professional counselling and support services.

It was founded in 2002 by socially engaged psychologists and educationalists who were commissioned by an innovative West Midlands partnership between housing, faith, health and educational groups to develop a supportive confidence building programme for women in South Staffordshire. It has developed in to a community-based therapeutic educational provider, specialising in confidence building programmes.

My Time was developed through research on the effects of informal education on levels of self-esteem among people experiencing depression and anxiety.
